Robert is a seasoned and results-driven Real Estate leader with over 35 years’ experience in complex, intensive, and dynamic construction organizations. Educated as an architect and a licensed real estate broker with proven transformational leadership in design and construction companies. 

Leading residential site selection, acquisition, entitlements, design, construction management, and operations, Robert is an experienced negotiator. 

Robert has restored and remodeled numerous residential projects. Apartments and HOA occupied buildings are a passion for Robert to apply the highest level of customer services to a unique set of clients. Advising HOA boards during the difficult process of regulatory and fiduciary rules requires a trained manager to control the challenges found in residential community construction. 

Acting as an Owners Representative to find a construction lender or as a Construction Manager to design and building improvements, Robert has a customer service approach that is unparalleled in the construction industry. 

Opening and operating a 50 plus staff A&E office with clients such as Home Depot and BJ Pizza Brewery, he has completed numerous commercial and residential projects in the southwestern US as a member of development companies. 

A graduate from the University of Southern California, School of Architecture where he received the Gamble House Fellowship and USC Marshall School of Business, Robert has a broad experience in both education and business. 

He has owned and operated a 5-unit restaurant chain that brings a diverse understanding of customer service to the development and construction business. Robert’s awareness of client care and client concerns during the construction process is a benefit to those customers with occupied properties seeking management services to repair and remodel properties with tenants.

Historical properties are a passion for Robert, his Mills Act and State Protected Historic home is one of many projects that Robert has managed through the detailed and sometimes difficult permit and construction process. Working with the City of Pasadena and the City of Los Angeles, he has relocated and restored vintage properties for both residential and commercial uses.
